However, it is quite easy to obtain a license. All you have to do is contact your local government offices and fill out some forms. Anyone is allowed to sell their own brew as long as they

The History of Beer
Beer brewing has dated back to 6,000 BC, when a Babylonian tablet was found with an engraved beer recipe. Other engraved stone tablets were found in buried ancient Sumerians and Mesopotamians ruins, which illustrated recipes and beer being drank with a long gold straw.
Beer was originally brewed using grain and water, before they could make bread. The main ingredients for the wort were barley, grain, water, rosemary and thyme, which were all rich with carbohydrates and protein. This made beer one of the best sources of nutrition at the time.
In 1,600 BC Egyptians

Sanitation
Importance of Sanitation During the Beer Brewing Process.
Cleaning and Sanitizing your beer brewing equipment prior to use is crucial to brewing a successful product. Brewing beer provides microorganisms the perfect environment to grow, which could lead to bacteria getting into your brew and causing your beer to have an undesired flavor.
Your beer brewing equipment is going to come in contact with malt, sugars, grains, hops, syrups, yeast and much more. Unless you properly sanitize everything, your beer could potentially become infected.

Samuel Adams Brewery Tour in Boston, Masschusetts
I recently went on the Samuel Adams Brewery tour in Boston, Massachusetts and had the experience of a lifetime! The history of Samuel Adams and tasting their freshly brewed beer was amazing but being the beer brewing aficionado I am, the best part was seeing their beer brewing process first hand! It was a sight like none other, my dream of being a master beer brewer realized by those that came before me.
Of course, they wouldn’t tell us what their recipe was but seeing the

In the late 1870’s prohibition movements against beer and alcohol in general began appearing in the South. Brewing and selling moonshine was already outlawed before this time because the government received a loss in tax revenues that it would normally get from legally bought liquor whenever moonshine was

How to use a Blow Off Tube
One of the greatest lessons learned over the life of beer brewing! This method is designed to separate tannins, hops, proteins, grain husks, or other undesirable substances from getting into your beer. The process begins after the beer has entered its first fermenter. Connect a 1 inch diameter plastic tubing from your plastic or glass bottle fermenter to another similar size container. The tube needs to be

Different Types of Wort
Different ways to make wort
There are several different ways to make the Wort during the beer brewing process, here are the most popular:
Creating Wort with Steeping Grain Pour a couple of gallons of water into a pot and add your specialty grains. Bring the pot to a boil. I recommend putting the grains into a steeping bag, but it is not required depending on your equipment. Allow the grains to soak in the water; time will differ depending on the recipe, but generally around 25 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, remove your grain and add the malt
